Delete Your ChatMew Account
In compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety and Apple App Store Account Deletion policies, ChatMew guarantees users full autonomy over their personal records, including permanent account erasure.
- Your profile, handle, bio, and avatar will be permanently removed.
- All coin balances, diamond balances, and VIP status will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
- Your direct message histories, friend lists, CP spaces, and room hosting records will be permanently erased.
- This action is irreversible and immediate upon confirmation.
To prevent unauthorized account deletion, you must authenticate ownership of your ChatMew account before deletion is enabled.
Permanent Deletion Request
Once confirmed, your account records, wallet coins, follower connections, and messages will be permanently wiped from ChatMew servers.
Method 2: In-App Deletion
You can also initiate instant deletion directly within the ChatMew mobile app at any time:
1. Open ChatMew Mobile App
Navigate to the Profile (Me) tab from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Go to Settings
Tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Account Security
Tap Account Security → Delete Account.
4. Confirm Deletion
Verify your credentials and tap Confirm Permanent Delete.

If you are unable to access your credentials, you may send a manual data wipe request from your registered email address to privacy@chatmew.com. All requests submitted via verified email are reviewed and executed within 48 hours.
