Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChatMew mobile app, website, and related audio services. By creating an account or using ChatMew, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Creation
You must be at least 13 years old (or 18 years old in jurisdictions where required for virtual purchases) to use ChatMew. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
2. User Conduct & Voice Room Rules
ChatMew is built on mutual respect and positive social interactions. You agree NOT to:
- Broadcast obscene, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, or threatening audio content.
- Harass, intimidate, stalk, or dox other room speakers or hosts.
- Use unauthorized bots, hacks, or cheats in multiplayer SUD games.
- Solicit commercial services, scam other users, or attempt fraudulent recharge chargebacks.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins) & Digital Gifts
ChatMew offers virtual coins, avatar frames, rides, and gifts. Virtual currency has no monetary value outside ChatMew and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or transferred outside authorized features. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
4. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, mute mic privileges, or ban device IDs immediately without notice if a user violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
ChatMew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated audio content, user conduct in voice rooms, or temporary technical downtime.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
